About The School
Osun State College of Education, Ilesa (OSCOED) was founded as a Nigerian college of education in 1977. The school’s objective is to prepare instructors to teach in elementary and secondary education both inside and beyond the state.Chief E.A. Adedeji was the College’s first provost. The Arts, Sciences, and Vocational and Technical Education faculties founded OSCOED. In its initial year of operation, there were roughly 500 students enrolled.
