O’Level Subject Subject Combination For International Studies
To study International Studies in any university in Nigeria, it is required to have Five SSCE credit passes to include English Language, Government, History and three relevant subjects.
UTME Subjects Combination For International Studies Course
English Language is compulsory for all courses. The other three subjects required for International Studies under the Faculty of Social and Management Sciences n the institutions are:
Economics, Literature- in- English and Geography/Government/History
Direct Entry Requirements for International Studies
Two ‘A’ level passes in Social Science subject from Government/History, Economics, Sociology and Business Management

Waiver For UTME Candidates
ABU requires Five ‘O’ level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Government, or History and any other two Social Sciences or Arts Subjects
Waiver For Direct Entry Candidates
ABU accepts three ‘A’ level/IJMB from any of the following subjects: Government, History, Sociology, Economics, Geography, Arabic, French.
