Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Akure, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes ensuring that goods are produced efficiently
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
• Determining quality control standards
• Overseeing production processes
• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers
• Review worker performance and identify training needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or other relevant education
• 5-10 years of operations and leadership experience in a cocoa manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge production transactions
• Possess leadership, technical, food safety, food quality, and supervisory skills.
