O’Level Subject Subject Combination For Technology Education Course
To study Technology Education in any university in Nigeria, it is required to have Five SSCE credits to include Physics or Mathematics.
UTME Subjects Combination For Technology Education Course
English Language is compulsory for all courses. The other three subjects required for Technology Education under the Faculty of Education in the institutions are: Mathematics, Physics and one other Science subject.
Direct Entry Requirements for Technology Education
Two ‘A’ level passes in Physics and Mathematics.
(ii) ND with at least lower credit in Civil Engineering, Production/Elect. Engineering.
(iii) Final City and Guilds or its equivalent plus National Technical Certificate.
(iv) NCE in Technical Education plus credit pass in Physics or Mathematics.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
Waiver For UTME Candidates
(i) UNILORIN requires Fine Arts, Technical Drawing, Mathematics, or Physics or any other related subject.
Waiver For Direct Entry Candidates
(i) UNILORIN gives special consideration to candidates with Fine Arts background and NCE (Technical) or Fine Arts plus at least credit passes in two other subjects at ‘O’ level.
