O’Level Subject Subject Combination For Industrial Education Technology Course
To study Industrial Education Technology in any university in Nigeria, it is required to have Five SSCE credits to include Physics or Mathematics.
UTME Subjects Combination For Industrial Education Technology Course
English Language is compulsory for all courses. The other three subjects required for Industrial Education Technology under the Faculty of Education in the institutions are: Mathematics, Physics and one other Science subject.
Direct Entry Requirements for Industrial Education Technology
Two ‘A’ level passes in Physics and Mathematics.
(ii) ND with at least lower credit in Civil Engineering, Production/Elect. Engineering.
(iii) Final City and Guilds or its equivalent plus National Technical Certificate.
(iv) NCE in Tech. Education plus credit pass in Physics or Mathematics.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
Waiver For UTME Candidates
i) NDU accepts NTC/NBC pass in English but requires a credit pass in Physics.
(ii) FUTMINNA requires five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any other two science subjects.
Waiver For Direct Entry Candidates
(i) FUTMINNA accepts: C and G (Final) with Tech. Cert. (T.T.C), Advanced National Tech. Cert. and ND in relevant fields in addition to O/Level certificate.
(ii) NDU – Same as Vocational and Technical Education.
