O’Level Subject Subject Combination For Creative Arts Course
To study Creative Arts in any university in Nigeria, it is required to have SSCE or TC II or NTC/NBC credits/merit passes in five subjects including Fine Art and English Language.
UTME Subjects Combination For Creative Arts Course
English Language is compulsory for all courses. The other three subjects required for Creative Arts under the Faculty of Education in the institutions are: Any three Arts subjects.
Fine Arts, one other Arts subject and any other subject
Direct Entry Requirements for Creative Arts
NCE merit passes in Fine and Applied Arts. (Double Major).
(ii) A/Level passes in Fine Arts and any other subject.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
Waiver For UTME Candidates
(i) TASUED – Fine Arts is not compulsory.
Waiver For Direct Entry Candidates
(i) TASUED accepts i. NCE with at least a Merit pass in Fine and Applied Arts (Double Major) or related discipline or ‘A’ level passes in Fine Art and any other subject. TASUED also accepts ND (Upper Credit)/HND (Merit) in Fine Arts or related discipline. NABTEB, NBC/NTC Certificate is also acceptable.
