Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions
Design, plan, control performance improvement and operating strategy
Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
Ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the implementation of IT systems.
Requirements

B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Computer Science, and related disciplines
Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a financial services industry
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and leadership ability.
