We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Service Solution Manager – RF Services

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


  • To lead the design, management & control of the positioning strategy of the RF (Radio Frequency) service lines. The successful candidate will lead several technical and organizational change projects to improve RF service line performance, secure the position of the organization as the leader in the West and Central Africa market.


  • Identify and develop high-valued, targeted, and cost-effective wireless optimization services based on the incumbent’s experience, knowledge of other markets, as well as the local market.
  • Lead the technical support in pitching new solutions to current and prospective customers for optimization and network planning services
  • Lead and manage Geo-marketing activities for rural and urban telecom sites
  • Manage RF Site survey and reporting for applicable projects
  • Manage RF planning (2G/3G/LTE) and Coordinate Radio Network Optimization services across applicable projects.
  • Champion and manage quality systems across the group for all RF services, to ensure all RF project delivery meets the customers’ quality expectation.
  • As may be required, lead technical recruitment evaluation for onsite 3rd party optimization experts to enhance delivery capabilities


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences discipline.
  • MBA or MSc will be an added advantage


  • Minimum of 6 years’ previous experience in a similar function, with multi-vendor and technology for RF solutions management and development.
  • Varied knowledge of Technical Service Delivery, Project Management, B2B Sales and Product Design/Development
  • RF multi-vendor and multi technology technical knowledge
  • Proficiency in the use of RF tools: Memtum, Google Earth, Actix, Tems, MapInfo, Assets
  • Hands on skills and experience in the use of the industry standard optimization processes, tools, and technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Networking and Ability to interact at highest level
  • Initiative, Creativity, and Imagination
