Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking to recruit results-driven Sales Executive (Agric Equipment) for our client, The Sales Executive will actively seek out and engage customer prospects and provide appropriate solutions in order to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating direct sales, client service, and effective strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Identifying programs, tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction
  • Plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue
  • Identify potential new customers, devise a sales plan, and execute accordingly
  • Analyze location market trends and discover new opportunities for Business growth.
  • To maintain an efficient distribution network and efficient routing for timely deliveries of Company’s products
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Get feedback from customers


  • First Degree in Agriculture related courses
  • Minimum of 4 years’ working experience in Agric industry
  • Exposed to core areas of sales & marketing
  • Good knowledge in sales of Agric equipment & tools.
  • Ability to take initiative and a self-starter
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to develop new markets and business relationships
  • Age: between 28-38 years.
