George Houston Resources Limited – Our client, a leading Hospitality and Fast Food Restaurant with branches all over Nigeria, is currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Locations: Ogun (Abeokuta) and Lagos ( Mainland and Island)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc holder in any field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management.
• Requisite experience in QSR and Hospitality management will be an added advantage.
• Must also be a customer savvy person with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Human and -materials mgt skills and a team player.
• Age: 25- 35 years.
